Red diesel price hike makes the news
The BBC has featured a report on its 'Look North' programme about the 100% hike in diesel prices on 1 November after being contacted by MBM reader Malcolm Bennett.
Despite getting the figures slightly wrong (red diesel duty is going up to 52.35 pence per litre and not 56.94ppl as reported), the BBC coverage does air some legitimate concerns.
